Indeed 192.168.1.254 goes into your IPv4 LAN settings, however go to show-ip.com and that ip is what you need to add in the "Advanced" section at the alternative gateway of your IPV4 settings.

Then the IP you get from show-ip.com is what you add in your client/certification/server.cfg.

After that you go to your router's port forwarding settings and you add the downloadserver/agentserver/gatewayserver ports allowed to 192.168.1.254.

Yeah a few times actually it always gets stuck at the client loading and does absolutely nothing

Yeah, i'm not testing this server over the internet i'm testing it over my LAN connection i'm connected directly to the server with a switch there is not use for the router in the communication between me and the server, Also i tried test the Client Launcher over the sever itself made the same exact outcome
even tho, all the tutorials show that it should work just fine

Well what I explained should work on a local server without hamachi(in my case, that's how im hosting it), but what I explained is pretty much what you have to do, if it doesn't work then I can't do more.
