Hum. Still odd.
I have even more redists and quite the necessary dotNETs as well.
And nothing has been changed since the mistakenly switch from Win7 to Win10 (except the initial regular installations upon the new OS registry and appliance). But since then, never changed from that time.
Might be a missing or corrupt package. Gonna check the Windows Update history, whatever package and framework it installed or replaced. Or might an additional package keeps blocking old programs? Might be an idea.
