Fun server

Hello guys
I writing to you regarding one of a questions.
Part of you probably know that they're will be electus release 18th March but I need a server where I will be able to play till then. Is there any server that's is kinda for fun. I mean that it's kinda easy where I won't have to play for a long time to get good last tier and get some pvp etc. So in points I need a server:
- easy lvl up
- a lot of people
- easy to get good last items not p2p
- good communication with gm
- stable

Do u guys knows such kind of a server?

Just choose one from the Advert Section.

Oh, and cut the "good communication with gm", that will never happen.

yeah, most of the times GM's are just too lazy to communicate or they just can't to talk with everyone
