Limiting Skills.

Hello guys. So i wanted to ask a question. Is it possible to Limit skills in the client side "Media.pk2"?

Basically. I am using a 14Degree client for a 9degree Server. I want to Limit the Skill leveling up from the Media side. And disable all the 90+ skills. Is it possible? And i would like if someone would tell me what is the text file i will have to edit for that.

you can set the service to 0 in the skilldataxxx.enc
