I am not a kind of guy who writes similar threads.
But yes lately I was thinking of creating a new server that will last few years at least.So was looking for community ideas it would be helpful if you would like to contribute with useful ideas.
Create a statue in the middle of jangan of an actor who just passed away, and you've to pray daily in order to receive extra str/int. Write a short note about that actor at the bottom of the statue as it's something you should know about him/her Or to be known as a knowledge

Try hard to make quests useful thing in game, it would be better than bot 24/7, at least u will have something that other pserver owners forgot since they just finish it in ~4 days to get money then close it
Make smth like : finish blabla quest to get transformation scroll that will allow u to transform ur %_b_rare% weapon to %_c_rare% item and so on
Btw u already have a sro and cf servers.. go open lol instead of sro because it is dead anyway

I'm building a huge private gaming network we will have different games but I started with SRO and I like it.
It's not dead it's just players got used to the process of.
Start a server --> Players Join ---> Have some fun --->New server appear so players leave ----> Close the server
Start the same servers with some more stuff ----> Players Join Have some fun ---> Another server gets opened so they leave --->Server gets closed
It's actually a chain players have no loyalty actually now for any server.

Running a LoL pserver is nearly impossible due to the massive matchmaking system and it's useless since the main game is free and is managed very well
I don't like lol since i never played it but i am just giving an example.

Yep that's exactly what happened in some servers like conflict,theta.
You just need to make the gameplay depending on almost everything in sro
e.g : uniques,quests, fgw, jobbing, botting ( to get nova items, NO FREE NOVA ITEMS FROM MAGIC POP ) with decent rates so it is smth like : If you need to be the best, you have to do everything, if you can't kill uniques or kill opponent jobbers then make quests and join fgw until you become strong enough to start jobbing and hunting uniques
Racist ? Some Egyptians and Turks made things you can't dream by ... i know some people here made a bad reputation to their country but that doesn't mean everyone of them is fool ..
