Limit Connection to server with Hardware id !

as the title of thread says i wanna any point to start from it ,, to build something prevent connection with same stored HWID !!

Just want to tell you that this is not something you will ever do by just asking around even tho, I will tell you how the hwid limits work.

sro_client.exe sends a packet to the server with your hwid.
server checks if there're any similar hwids connected then, allows/blocks connection.

so i have to creat something like a packets filtter

or a 3rd program in Game folder ! ... seems too hard todo !
