How to start successful sro p-server for newbie's
this guide for newbie that don't have good resource to start big p-server
1st what is happening with newbie in starting p-server
when you start joining the p-server section you may have 1000 idea for making a good p-server but any way you end by editing an old released database let me guide you how to start B+ server 
2nd What you need to start a B+ server ?
1st - buy a good vps maybe 8 giga ram and good network connection
2nd - buy a domain don't ever start a p-server with free domain
3rd - check every guide that help you to protect your server
4th - check guide's that help you to solve problems
5th - check all the new exploit so you can protect your server from it
6th - don't ever try to make server like other server's
3rd What a successful server must be based on ?
Don't ever try to copy stuff from other server just be creative
Add new thing never added before
Get a good team that can talk other language
You must have good support to solve player's problems like fixing bug's etc
4th what must be in server's and what must not
if you going to start cap 110 p-server
don't add coin system , game must be pve not pvp , you need to activate the original sro event's + adding new glow's add new avatars and add new quest's add new system's make a daily update and don't ever change style of one of city's
if you going to start cap 100 p-server
i recommend you to start it with blackrouge files no one like to see Alexandria in 100 Cap p-server it will be great if you added new thing's to blackrouge files and learn from the other previous p-server Don't make leveling up easy to much or hard to much mid rate will be good it will be more batter if you based it on trade like old day's
if you going to start cap 80 p-server
adding new system and make the level up good + Daily event's and jobbing
and discussing future update with players to be more creative that help you to grow your 80 CAP p-server + that you can make upgrade every 2 month for example to make the game more fun
What mustn't be in server
Coin System every one heat this shit
a shop with all weapon for one gold wtf
a fast leveling up ,, wow i get to 110 in 3 min xD
uniques more than the players that playing the game
city's are edited and make you feel that you in space not at old time's
a team that can't even say Notice right
lag ,, server must be fast
offline ._. ,, server must be up 24/7
No update's ,, that boring get a live and start making update's
Last thing the website it's the most important
make sure that your website doesn't containe any virus so it wont be blocked
if you don't have the money or the ability to design your own website
you can start with any released website but it must be clean design , simple
designed will to attract players to your game and it will be good if you add support chat in it so if any one have problem can solve it and make him feel that this game better game and has professional team
More IMP Things may help you
1-buy auto event or create them by yourself, never add any GA/EM/anything else in your server otherwise he will destroy your server (happened to me before)
2-buy a good vps, not from the cheap stupid guys they may give u fake rams and boom ur server will be laggy and fail (happened to me before, someone gave me 2GB and wrote 16 as rams and my server failed for that despite paying him cost of 16GB)
3-Rules are rules, if anyone broke the rules he should be banned
4-finally,if you are planning to start the server to get money then close it, then never do that otherwise players will hate you

Pssht! Do not attract more "boss kyrll developerZ" to the scene...
"No coin system, no 1 gold weapons, npc FB + SuN stuff (mostly requested by spoiled brats), etc"
Those ain't that the point of "Not adding stuff" to the game.
It is more likely adding a whole new mastery, e.g. Impure Mastery
A new mastery must be entirely NEW (about 23-27 new custom skills) and lots of capable potential skills (PvE and PvP based and balanced! If you give power to the buffer, remember taking down the defences of that buffer). Short explanation: New imbue with poison & zombie, ... (hidden skills ), physical wall with poison debuff chance on impact, damage buffs+lots of defence decrease, def up & def up + HP/MP up, STR+Potion efficiency INT+Potion effi., damage reflection and immunity to poison. And yeah - there shouldn't be that many copied skill icons
Or a unique level up system, which will stop progressing if you reach lv19 ... won't spoiler it.
Those are inventions to a new fresh server. Mä, I do haz dat system. But not givez shiny script! - I am not selfish, more likely that most of the people creating unique stuff are sharing nothing at all. E.g. a new/modified GFXFileManager.dll for the newest model usage, sro real-map editor, navmesh editors, etc.
Most of those tools made by others ain't public, so mine won't be either.
On the other hand, for the newbs:
Silkroad PServer? Nah, just forget it. Has no profit with 100-300 daily players, greedy players, rude players, noticable.

but it's batter to try to make unique stuff then buying ,, buying new things in sro that made p-server creativity dead cuz no one use his mined to dev his server to be more batter u have only one way pay or your server die
for the players : what a player would even pay money for server may close after 1 month and the team can't even talk any language well

You can remove Alex from the world map in vsro 188
The map isn't the only good thing in BR files
The autoupdate fix isn't public
p.s there is D11 BR files

Who says that I am using the given efp files?
As others did e.g. an efp editor or map editor (Perry), or making codecaving in somehow manipulating the chat logs directly to a ini or database table (virus infesting Cherno-Douche), or created some pretty (ugly) weapons (Maxi-G Fgts), so why shouldn't be there a possibility creating particle effects, hm? 
You are probably one of the ones who seems to be well known, yea, but people about another scenes do know how to do stuff on the other hand, which you didn't experieced yet, I assume.

i see that he didn't post this to flame each other any way i see the topic didn't posted to newbie's to make success he just give them some advises to start server in fact it will be great that we wont see server's with kind of **** that we see every day like site with ip or free domain the same **** in every server ,, copy & paste system e.t.c
any way +1 for Lost hunter this will move the new p-server move ahead
we all must suggest all idea's to make the p-server move ahead that more batter then flaming ,, regard's

There are no such servers with a rate of success 100%, because you can't make all the players happy most of them want that and that and that and you must do an update and other dislike that update and leave and bla bla bla and so on...

There's no such thing as a success guide people. Success is one of the things you have to obtain with hard work, failing, improving yourself and being creative. This is the whole point, you success once you obtain a new skill so just set your goal and work hard to achieve it, once you do switch to a bigger goal. Sorry but success was never a thing you get by following guides.
