Need bit help Client (v1.188)

I have problem with me server me client is Vietnam language how to do it English and another problem, when I try connect to me server it does not do anything.

I create the server with these files:

add your ip in SRO_VT_ACCOUNT / _PrivilegedIP table, restart gatewayserver and try to login.

Thanks for help it's works and I get dc in 2 sec. But how to change language ?
