I have no effects , what am i doing wrong ?

Okay yes I know that i am posting in the wrong section. No one barely looks in the Help section. So is not considered helping when the ones that do know about it does not even look there. And yes i know this thread will eventually get locked , or moved. -___- . So please if you know the answer or wish to help me , either send me a pm or add me in skype 'lumi0n' . Problem :

I looked at this thread right here ,

I was able to get the whole scroll + skill working fine. It shows in game , and it gives me the stats i gave it. Now my problem is , i do not have those fancy effects , or any effects what so ever. I am using the BR 110 files that were released.

Heres the lines im using :

Could someone please tell me what is wrong there ? Or what am i missing ?

Edit: Before any one asks , yes i have added all .EFP files to Particles/System folder.

Hey,

Regarding to yours question, please check "hwanlook_m_whiteaustralia1.efp " and check did you import correctly efps into data and particles.
