I was wondering . . .
What exactly the community wants? What it expects from the server owners to do. It's true that there are everyday new servers which last for 1 week or something. But there are lots of other servers that you can call "old" already  Also what makes players stick to 1 server? (Don't accept is as advertise, it's just an example) I was playing on Velestia when it had 1600 players online day and night, now they have around 150-200 players. What will make all players build a better community like it was long time ago ? Or we will just wait Synx7 to release the new Myth.... or SRO 2 ?

SRO 2 wouldn't really make much difference, just more "waa my pc can't run on low settings , why fps 5 man!!"

players and professionalism makes players stick to 1 server.

What baffles me is that players stuck to Joymax, even though they were nowhere near 'professional'
- no events
- no GM activity (aside from the rare "Don't give away ID/PW" notices or seeing a GM in the town)
- no active support, It's all automated

Pretty positive it will be just another generic mmorpg that are out nowadays. Props to them if they manage to keep the skill system and the gameplay feel in sro2.

Players stuck to Joymax because they've already spent a lot of money on silk, so they don't want it all to be in vain. So they spend more and more...

Exactly , like i said players make players stick to 1 server , yes the support is bad , yes the rates are low , but they wont quit because the others wont quit. As long as people have others to play with they wont quit no matter how bad the support etc is. And isro works fine as in rare bugs and downtime , support shouldent be needed anyway.

Ive just been wondering while i was reading the different threads...and i just dont get it...why do you guys tell everyone to "do it themselves" if you dont even try to teach them how to...im just wondering why didnt someone posted a "how to create a bypass TuT"...That would be very helpfull guys...its just my opinion but if you want us to "do it ourselves" you could atleast try to teach us how to -.- ...
