Please don't take this wrong, but is that Professionalism in your eyes?
Having clown-gm's bumping around, making the same "events" which after a week are a daily task, and not an event anymore?
I agree with the support thing, but why should they support players who are too dumb to secure their accounts and not to get "hacked" by trojans and keyloggers?
Of course there would be some kind of support needed from joymax's side, but don't compare joymax to private servers. these are only interesting because you can get free stuff, you can see the gms bragging around, and you can have shitloads of monster spawns.
