3-search for the skill in _refskill / skilldataenc
4-db side=real stats
client side=what players see

He dont need to.
Because when Im editing my premium, Im first editing the client then the db.

As far as I know it doesn't matter if you edit client side or not I think the skill apply on the timed job and even if its edited it should work with old stats.
