Seems like you didn't understand each other. Synx said that it's impossible to create a model from scratch in a day or so. You probably meant that creating a model when you already have a concept shouldn't take much longer than a day or two for professional modeler. I agree with Synx a little bit more, but you're not wrong either. Even though you're a professional modeler, it is still going to take some time to create a model.

I'm not talking about creating the model itself, but about all the work that is behind that, create the 3D model for the game is the final step.
Why do you think games have so many concept art?
Initial idea -> Concept art -> Isometric view -> Clay model (usually created in real life) -> Occlusion map (for the textures) -> Textures -> 3D modelling -> Bones -> Animation
I'm not specialized on the process, so probably there are a lot of missing steps, but that is the minimum work a serious gaming company does for develop a new model. Do you seriously think its just open Blender or 3DMax and start creating the 3D model on-the-fly?

well,yeah the textures are probably the hardest part since it takes alot of planning,and you need to have the models and make the textures work good with animations

You are still comparing silkroad with today's games. The art there have been and the art there is today is TOTALLY different. Pacman's model is a model too. I said "a model" not a spacecraft in dead space 3. All the argument is based on making silkroad models. I seriously think it is just open whatever program they use and start doing it FOR A MODELLER. And yes any 12 years old kid can make a model since nobody limited the time for him.
Any 12 years old kid CAN start learning, learn, learn, learn, learn, learn and then DO.
Is everyone especially trying not to understand a single thing i say here seriously?

There is indeed always someone that does your work faster, you act like this was something totally new. Zacky, get us a modeller that builds a proper concept + the dedicated model within a day, so hesheit can speak from experience. But stop to base your statements on assumptions.

The one that you can't prove that is also you can't disprove. I am not going to search youtube for you. There are videos in speedview. Total timelapse can't be over 10 hours for a silkroad model for those people. Some people can create models for silkroad on epvp. So make sure they go get a job with that. People are paying courses thousands of dollars just to learn how to do it faster. While there are freely available movies on youtube they still pay it because it is better. And anything you say "its hard" can be classified as a complaint.

I am not saying it is not hard for you. I am saying it would not be hard for someone really skilled and gets paid from what he does. There is thousands of models in silkroad. Some of them big some of tham small. We are not only discussing about the biggest the most complicated models. Of course i know it can take a **** year to make some model that contains more details than the entire game. We are talking about some model any model. Like i don't know a mangyang. Tell me it would take more than a day for someone designer, modeller.
