maybe u are right joymax already used recycled models in legend 1 europe update(bunwangs -> (so)sungsungs) or even before(the flowers and downhang and hotan) and there was lot of update after that, but the model recycling is now joymax's way, maybe in next update's recycled models will be taklamakan and downhang cave mobs.

Not really, you can add easily static Models such like Balloons or Bees on the Grass somewhere.
Since Joymax made a Animation for that Unique, you only needed to edit that Model in Blender and that's it. If it didn't had a Animation at all, then you would surely need some Brain to figure that stuff out =)
