I selected all the options available, added 10 games as beta tester(i was a beta tester just for Jade dynasty), all data filled, even the dxdiag was faked with uber specs(i thought it may grab the specs directly and analyze it), and the bar is average, that is just a way to tell others "Don't call us, we will contact you"

i think TES is worth
i never liked Guild Wars, and if this game implements most of the elements from Skyrim, is gonna be good
also, Bethesda is a good gaming company, they know what they are doing
