On first page you have: Server status... and now server is offline

Yes server is off.
Check the first web there is banner which shows Is it OFFLINE or ONLINE.

Yes is new client but when you launch sro_client.exe you will see in Div: ECSRO (Public), ECSRO (Vip) and ECSRO (Fembria)... So is client for ECSRO not for MySRO. When you change IP you got error

Every character would be given a couple of starter skills, which also are basic skills, and then sent out into the wild. The setting of hotbar in Aion is the same as that in other games. You need to set the desired skill in the hotbar, and then hit the key you want to stand for it or simply click on the icon and then everything is OK....
