a little problem with my server

hello... im made my own server on my dedcated and its online now.. but when i add my ip with IPINPUt its show me server is offline and its already online

what this fcking problem.. any way any one can fix it ?

Maybe if you would stop copy+pasting everything from everywhere and trying to use it, and maybe learning how to use it first, you could solve this issue.
