i have the same problem too
i couldnt success even of my friend told me with the way to make it
i always get in 2nd pc in Vm ware [DB connection failed]
how to connect the 2pc's together ?

i think you must close fire wall to make it work if you did that you will not see DB connection failed again as i think not sure about it im working in 1 game server

Yeah I doubt our network is going to close firewall maybe any other options tho? ^^
