Do you know CSS too?
Your designs look great but if you can't do the CSS part will be hard to find a job because the person that hires you must know CSS or hire another guy for do the CSS.

I cannot code / develop CSS for some main reasons, one of them is that I haven't much time for the coding or development sided department. To be honest you're totally right with your senseful comment but thats the fact and yeah I'm a bit idiot for that so thats the only way or choice I have at the moment.

OUch... thats a ...bad thing.. CSS/HTML is the key to the money... if people hire you they want a HTML + CSS too but yea
