If you use that method you wont be able to login, is not like thsro client. vsro generates the spawn packet with the language locale, if you change it you will spawn with 0 HP and you wont be able to move.
About the english patch, as I said, I don't want that derpli and his friends take my work, I will never ever help that guy. Maybe if the security of the chernobyl client could be better...

the new pk2 made by bsro is full English i haven't noticed any different language

That is a fail translation. Most of the textquest texts will be missing, also the textuisystem file have some splitted lines. So, you will find a lot of missing text and while spaces ingame.

Hei synx. I tried to do transparent underbar like yours but i fail. Tried with xvi32 and again fail. I alltime getting black,how you did transparent?
