This server has the latest security updates..
whoever leaked these server files did it during the last 4 months, the files aren't older than 4 months.

Don't be so sure.
me and HaG looked around a little bit and it could be the vSRO server files.
HaG found out that when the website was up, during the very first minutes, there was another subdomain for 'SRO.vn', 'conduongtolua.SRO.vn', ' Con Đường Tơ Lụa' is the Vietnamese version.
Plus, there are too many odd things with the hosts.. too many different locations, redirections, privacy protection, etc etc..
according to WHOIS, 'login.sro.vn' is registered by ' vnnic.vn',
but actually redirects to an IP which is registered by ' Netherlands Dediserv Dedicated Servers Sp. Z O.o'.
There's a huge mess here and someone probably did it on purpose, the client just seems like a cover-up story.
though we can't really know anything.. we can only assume..

I'm serious.
I know MYSQL, C#, PHP, Java, VB.Net, TI-BASIC and I pretty much understand Python, Ruby and C(++).
Also, I'm coding a bot for SRO which will have clientless for all versions and I'm a member of the SRO Underground.
So please dude, don't brag and insult before you've done some research.

Hmm guys, its a bit weird.
I have item share pt, as we know, if 1 item drops, it goes to the party owner and second item to the 2. player.
Im in pt with 1 player, and i droped 2 times a item, which didnt give the other guy in the pt the item.
Any idea, why?
Edit: But with gold, it works fine.
Edit2: Nvm works.

After getting many chinese chars up to max level on all those private servers, I have always wanted to do the same thing with the wizard, unfortunately offical sro servers, take ages to level it beyond lv 20.
So I hope this one won't get closed soon, like escro or so...
Looking forward to see you guys in game, and it would be nice if somebody make a guild named " Elite pvp "

Item and gold rates seem to be more than 1x time but exp and sp are 100% 1x

well my silkroad normally always works ok.
yesterday i got home and my brother was playing my xbox and i got angry so i told him to piss of and bla bla bal, so wat does he do, he goes down stairs and does something to the computer. i go on my computer in my room and try to play silkroad and to my surprise it comes up with this error saying
the server is undergoing inspection or updates.
how can i fix this?
did he do something to the network or firewall?
by the way he is an IT...

I already searched a bit and didn't find any error like mine so here it goes.
I instaled the ocx files correctly in admin mode.
The library files are well installed too.
The bot version is 1.7.4.2 (I used the "Download Link for All-In-One: NOTE: bot version 1.7.4.2!!!" in the tutorial). Do I need some previous bot instalition first?
The media patcher went ok. And replaced the sro_client file. Also changed the ip adress on nuconnector.
