silkroad isnt starting.

well my silkroad normally always works ok.

yesterday i got home and my brother was playing my xbox and i got angry so i told him to **** of and bla bla bal, so wat does he do, he goes down stairs and does something to the computer. i go on my computer in my room and try to play silkroad and to my surprise it comes up with this error saying

the server is undergoing inspection or updates.

how can i fix this?
did he do something to the network or firewall?

by the way he is an IT person.

First ,try to not double post here,thanks
ontopic:Check if you have any firewalls on.If you do,try to see if there is any rule for silkroad online traffic involved(firewall may have been set to block silkroad connection).
If still doesnt work,go windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and open it with notepad.
If you see any line which contains "gwgt" or "joymax",delete it then save .

unplug it then plugin again.or maybe you should contact your ISP provider.Maybe they blocked silkroad ip ports.
