It's a good guide, but ideally Wiz/Bard is much better, since a Bard has more party helpful skills, and since you can't win fortress wars/ capture the flag/ large PVP things, by yourself as a Wizard, since you get hit too hard, but a Bard will assist your allies to give you protection, while you destroy from a distance.
Knowledge: My level 90 wiz-bard kills other players, and a bunch of my friends are warriors that I assist with magical defense and make them stronger to magic attacks protect me from everything.
Also NOISE = monsters at a certain level will not target you, helpful because of the aggressive monsters if you ever want to level up solo, and also for jobs, your caravan won't be targeted

[Mass Mods]

For PVP Cleric is better, but for Leveling and PVE, bard is better. If you are making your char to plvl others, go with bard, if PVP, cleric.

I am lv 100, soon FF Wiz/Cleric and i just can tell u that it's an awesome build.
The people only can kill u either with 1 hit or never (talking about full blue +5 set and better), Crit Sux ofc ^^...

Mass Mods, you can edit please:

Charity - Required
Glory Armor - Optional | Required with Light Armor
Favor Armor - Optional | Required with Light Armor

Cuz it really helps much if you use Light Armor ^^

Over Healing - Required
Glut Healing - Required

Cuz, if you got at FW / GW / Mass PvP, a full buffed person (Bless, Buffs, Fences, Screens) it really helps if some people (2,3,4...) using this skills on that person.
You can own very fast, especially wizards ^_^
