How to fix black spot on map?

I use database and client clean v188, when a character dies sometimes getting black spots on the map, how can I fix it?

I don't think there is a solution for this

This were also happening in isro starting from late 2009 and I don't know if they fixed it since I don't play isro anymore.

Client handling functions are hard coded, there is a chance to fix it with assembly debugging but it doesn't worth the time and the effort you will put on it.

Disabling shadows from graphic settings might fix that, If you don't care about shadows..
