dll colors

hello ,
i created dll by this explained

i tried SroPP but require compiler vs 2015 but code above require compiler vs 2005 , any way dll created by vs 2015 Some players do not work for them well.
also tried to convert SroPP from compiler 2015 to compiler 2005 failed!
Is there any way to connect a filter and my dll to send messages to Client by packets ??
