You can use the reference files in for that.

It only contains the model. You'll have to load the data yourself from \server_dep\silkroad\textdata or database depending on your application.
itemdata.txt or _RefObjCommon + _RefObjItem
characterdata.txt or_RefObjCommon + _RefObjChar
teleportbuilding.txt or _RefObjCommon + _RefObjStruct
