Guestion about leveling down skill mastery

So im gonna lvl down cleric which is on lvl 81 and change to rogue. I wanna know how much cash it will take..(like 50mil, 100mil). I dont need exact answer which is hard to know , so try to guess for me please.

these are my skills from cleric:
Faith lvl 12
healing cycle lvl 9
bless spell lvl 10
recovery division lvl 7
reverse oblation lvl 3
charity lvl 12
holy spell lvl 1
