CSV Editing 08/01/2009 - Dekaron Private Server - 8 Replies I am trying to edit this skill using that Skill Editing Tut but I am missing something. This pserver does not have a data.pak so I am editing the csv files.
I changed the Cool Tick values to 0. There is no cool down but it is not casting the actual skill. What else do I need to edit?

I'll be the first to post a opinion, its easy to edit csv's if u got the already edited ones like I do, but like it was said in other threads, less lag and less dc's if u edit the packet file......
It's simple to edit csv's tho and make it work for the game, and its alot easier to read considering its seperated by line but some people can't seem to get it to work like how they were told!! so for them packet editing...

If you had an existing dds file.. that came from here for example the "Super Sayan - GreenPencil one" and downloaded it.. and you didnt have the right armour for it.. (120 trojan armour) and i only had 110 black trojan armour.. if i found the number of the .dds file for my tro could i say.. rename the "Super Sayan" .dds...
