isrobot lost the loyalty of his customers a long time ago. Arround when they stopped updating regularly and didn't fix the bugs they said they would, leaving customers waiting for months. Basicly customers were ignored and threated poorly. All cause they could, since it was the only decent option, that was worth paying for at the time.
Then when Sbot came at the market, being cheaper, with more function, and a programmer that let's the isrobot-programmers look like high school kids on their first project.
I didn't know how fast to get away from that isrobot "company" when i heard about sbot.
And isrobot's popularity been dropping ever since, even their updates now are **** compared to what sbot already offers. Last time i checked their 'new' functions and stuff was 2 months ago though, maybe they hired a programmer that gives customers value for their money now, who knows ^^
