Im playing with my eurp char/wizard/cleric when i will be 24 lv lv ant have bless spell skill i will swith to rode and buff it but when i swith back to staff does it will gone or not ?

no it wont gone but bless spell remains for only 45 sec and then u have to wait 2 mins or 1.5 mins to rebuff it

Some skills will need the weapon to stay on
but some skills dont
like Int , str buffs, need the weapon so if u remove/switch it they will be removed

btw why you ask it on a forum?? just do it and learn dude ..
