Can recovery my account?

Hi all, i have a lvl 85 blader with 14 silks in server Tibet, but last inspection 7April my account was blocked (reason illegal program). 6 months ago always i bought silks, i have white dog, pet, devil suit, etc.
My name is not in the ban list of 7 April inspection.
Yesterday i was send a mail to "

", i want recovery my account.... is possible? thx people

No, unless they unban you, you won't get your character back.
You can recharge your money though, some people will get unblocked after that.

ummm, ok, i will try to charge some silk... so, how many silks? 50? 500? I dont know what to do
