Silkroad Hackshield Problem

Dear Community,
I have since "Easter event in Silkroad a problem with Hack Shield.
I already wrote a bug report to Joymax unfortunately without success and now hope really you can give me some advice because I've already 3 weeks of this problem.
Once I start Silkroad Hack Shield appears not invite to an end and start Silkroad window remains open and sro_client.exe disappears. I can now play Silkroad even with a loader if I "NOP Hack Shield (ISRO / KSRO)" box, and even this I can not do now because there was a big update.
Shall run from the right after starting Silkroad.exe.
Start 1.Press
2.Hackshield appears.
doesn't load till end.
3.sro_client disappears
4.Silkroad.exe is still opened

NEED SOME ADVICE !

deinstall your antivirus programm. (turn off doesn't help!, you had to deinstall it completly)

i ques... uhave boted =)
and before bot.. u patched the media.. or something.. =)
well.. u know.. GAME it runs as it should.. but.. Ip/port is wrong..
(i know ths by having a srevo. server for fun)

Yay i botted but with SBot and bought Silk theme is closed now fenster helped me.
That was what made hackshield going crazy (;
