need help to upgrade items

i am really sory guy's but i am a new player ...
and i wish to ask for how can i change the lvl of my robe from lvl 13 to lvl 21 and my all gears as a fire,, and if u dont mind post some pic's for more explane .am sure some ppl who read my topic now will say wht a newb question but as i siad b4 i am a new player.

you need to buy new items.
you cant upgrade items levels but you can enchant them with elixirs.
level 13item stays level 13
you need to move to a second town to buy 21items from NPC.
i don`t understand what you asking with the "all gears as fire"

U got several degrees 1 - 8. So if you get lvl 21 u have to buy another robe from npc or from other players. U cant lvl your equipment like you can lvl up your skills. You have to buy stuff.
