,where i can do it and what i need to doing this work .!!!

Ill go into more detail than the others for you.

You can upgrade them at market, however the dbs used is a fixed amount depending on level.

In tc you can do it in 1 db or many, its all about luck.

The person in market where u can upgrade with mets you can also upgrade quality duhh

so..if the item lets say a backsword is lvl 100 it will cost more dbs than a lvl 45 to put it unique-super am i right?
