Get items upgrade!!
Hi All im new.. Im found nice upgrade luck
Its simple..
Need lucky time like 50min or some
Items with 0 or 1 dura
Come to tc ..All know where is Warehouse
When take item and repair it on girl who sit in TC warehouse
94% to get ref uniq ele or sup weps...

I think what he is trying to say is that U can upgrade quality of items by repairing. Yes it can be done, best place to farm this technique is to go in Stonecity with a couple of noobs and ur main. Take off all of ur armor except the one that you wish to upgrade. Then when it gets to 0-1 duration before it breaks u grab lucky time and repair it at Stonecity or in TC, best at stone city so u dont have to travel back and forth.
To get duration on weapons down is harder, there are 3 ways. Hit a person over and over that has high defense, kill patrolmen guards or summoned guards, hit anything and everything.
Tho I only tried this 3 times (once on lvl 15 1s boots), it is still normal and the duration goes down. I dont know what will happen if the max duration keeps goin down.
For example, got my lvl 15 1s boots to duration 1 and repaired them. It had a max of 40 duration and after it had a max of 32. And since im using the boots for lvling now im not gonna continue this until I 2nd reborn.

Yeh, ive got like 10 supers this way, used maybe 20 dbs on it in all, as long as u gt low lvl items its no problem

Okay, let me get this straight.
I have a Lv 115 Elite Katana and i want to get it to super.
so i shuld get my Durabilty to 0-1, then pay like 34550 Silver to the lady in TC with Lucky Time and repair it and it turns into a Super?...

I found out that the chances of an repair upgrade are higher if the price you have to pay is high. So, if you repair normal **** you fin in bird island which costs 20k or more to repair, the chances to get a ref are not bad.
Anyways, I think you can bu yrefined stuff cheaper from other players

Ok,
After Rbing my 12th water from farming. Why is it that I can't upgrade the Items ?
Ex Soc ed bag lvl 17 Can't upgrade it. WTF ? I've tried repairing... LOL NO luck. I tried in Market to upgrade it. Hahaha.. Sorry you arent at the right lvl. (I put the item on a another character.) W T F is going on? Do you have damage it to then repair it to upgrade it ? Looking for some answers....
