Aeriagames and Entertainment, Inc. ("Aeria Games") is the ownder of the website located at
(the "Website"). Aeria Games is the exclusive authorized license of the gameShaiya (the "game") and the owner or exclusive license of copyrighted and trademarked materials and
other intellectual property (including all original images) on the Website and embedded in the Game for
users originating from North America, Central and South America and many European countries (the "Exlusive Territory").
It has come to the attention of Aeria Games that you have been, and continue to be, responsible for
offering downloads and support of an illegaly modified client for an unautorized version of the Game
avaible to users within the Exclusive Territory (the "Infringing Actions").
The Infringing Actiones are causing a loss of busines and revenue for Aeria Games and constitute among
other things (i) an improper interference with contractual relations, (ii) dilution of Aeria Games' owned
and licensed trademarks and (iii) infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights of Aeria Games.
Aeria Games demands that you immediately cease and desist from any and all Infringing Actions.
If these Infringing Actions continue, Aeria Games will be forced to pursue legal action against you in both
the United States and Austria to protect Aeria Games' interests in connection with the Game.
