Show small icons buff

Hello could someone help me to scan addresses to reduce game icons, both buff icons, and reduce the size of the skill bar and its icons, I'm trying to make a reduced interface, so much for buffs and skill bar.
someone with knowledge, can you explain to me how to scan these addresses with cheat engine.
I appreciate any help or comment that helps me find the addresses
