How can i edit to group's exp point ?

For example,
1 person kills a monster and gains 100 exp.
2 people in a group, kill a monster and gain 70 exp.
3 people in a group, kill a monster and gain 50 exp.
..
7 people in a group, kill a monster and gain 68 exp.



I wanna change it, like that ;
1 person kills a monster and gains 100 exp.
2 people in a group, kill a monster and gain 110 exp.
3 people in a group, kill a monster and gain 120 exp.
..
7 people in a group, kill a monster and gain 200 exp.

Can you help me ?..
