Group(party) exp bug

Hello, ePvP!
I have a terrible bug.

An example:
We have 2 characters, character X and character Y. X and Y have a group. Character X, for exaple, in SD2 and character Y in map 1. When character X is leveling in SD2 character Y gots exp too.

How to fix this bug?

You must go on filezilla an than in the quests.
Its the Exp.quest or AntiExp.quest
