I don't think you should be concerned more about your kills, if the server doesn't go back up, you'll have 0 kills =/

they have no right over your server or something only problem they can make is about copy-righting this is the only thing they can acuse you of.

what they did is breacking some international laws with this and you can sew they for violation of privet propartys like breacking in to your computer for shoting the server down and for that in my country you can sew them and eeven with the best lawier they will go to prisen for violeting privet propartis........

I'm a lawyer and I know all about laws and suchs......

It's only a matter of migration or figuring out the issue we got with our current provider.

Im planning on getting new host, More ram, better bandwitch and SSD disk etc...

I found a good host in switzerland.
