Another error i cant seem to figure out.

I got past my last one, Now im onto this one.

2010-03-12 13:45:26 3 1 SService::ServiceCtrlDispatcher(): service shutdown



PSM_AgentServer refuses to start, I dont know if this is a common fix, I've been searching around google alot, And no fixes have been found. Anybody know a solution?
