To make this easier I suggest we build some sort of database site, where people can submit there data and fill out the required fields. Will produce a nice result and will be easier to work with. I'll have ago at the site later on.

well, i remembered my kill count, luckily, an archer had been plvling there for like 4 hours and got nothing apart from 6 mets. Then i came along, after my count got to 87 I got a +1 trojan armour, so, that 1000 theory is not correct.

If you're building a database type website, you should collaborate with bobbleness who has a similar post about socketing, figure you could kill two birds with one stone and gather alot of data on both +1's and sockets.

Not to sound pessemistic or anything, but you've also got to remember that it depends on how many player are in an area, and assuming that say two monsters in a map have a +1 at any one time, wouldn't a database be kind of irrelevent.

Don't get me wrong, if it works, its a good plan. But if it doesn't, I just dont want to see you waste any of your time. XD

Ich sag das jetzt mal in deutsch:
Ihr wisst doch bestimmt das wenn ihr z.B huntet oder so und ne menge kram habt in eurem Inventory (der sotiert ist) und dann nen d/c bekommt, dass beim wiedereinloggen eure items anscheinend willkürlich im inventory rumfliegen... Aber ist euch auch schon mal aufgefallen das 90% der +1 items an den ersten stellen sind ?!... Ich weiss nicht ob die Reihenfolge in der die Items vorliegen vom Server oder vom client vorgegeben wird aber mal angenommen es wird vom Server vorgegeben dann müsste man rausfinden nach welchem Prinzip er die Items sortiert weil gleiche items auch nicht immer nebeneinander liegen (Pots, pfeile etc.). Wenn man das wüsste und das sortieren anhand der ID oder sonstwas festgelegt wird dann müsste man "eventuelle" +1 items auf dem Boden vll. kennzeichnen können.
