Hello everyone!
As you see I'm looking for a DEV. I have been playing shaiya for a while now and I think it's time for me to make my own. I know it sounds stupid when a random guy comes and asks for a DEV but I got some ideas in my head. I wish I could make the server on my own but I can't. I'm not good enough. And that is why I need a good DEV. I don't really know if I can find any "loyal" DEV but I will take the chance. I heard many people complaining about getting scammed by developers but I believe that there is someone out there that is not an *******.
What I expect from the DEV (If I ever find one).

- MUST speak decent english (My english is not perfect so just deal with it)
- MUST know what he/she is doing
- MUST be active, work hard (I want a DEV that gets ***** done very quickly)
- MUST be interested in Ep 4.5
- And most important of all: DOING IT FOR THE FUN NOT FOR THE MONEY!

I know that I am not active on Elite PvP'ers, but I have been active in-game for a long time, and would love to find a server that suits my desires to be a community-oriented GM.

Name: Matthew Sartell
Experience: I will say that I don't have a whole lot of experience with the coding side of shaiya, and what little I do have isn't reliable as I have been out of the game for a while. However, I have recently rediscovered shaiya and I feel like in the right role on the right server, I could be a valuable asset to a community. I was a [GS] on the official server for nearly three years, before I took exception to the GMs propensity for making money over caring for players. In-game, I would run small events daily to help newer players, and would hold bigger events a little less often for higher level players. As a player, I am familiar with all classes and skills, and have advanced knowledge of just about anything shaiya-related prior to the release of Ep 6.
Contact Details: I would not necessarily trust PM'ing me here on the forum, but my email address is . That e-mail goes straight to my cell phone, and also serves as the email I use for skype (my skype account is based on my microsoft account).
Offering/Asking for: As mentioned previously, I am not going to be much help in the technical aspects of running the server, although my knowledge of shaiya's internal mechanics as seen from a player's perspective is pretty extensive. My perfect role would be to find a Ep4.5 or 5.3 server that is up and coming, and be an in-game GM, monitoring gameplay when necessary, helping players as best as I can and just generally being a positive force for a shaiya community.

Also, I am perfectly willing to consider becoming a [GS] for a server that is in need of a good Game Sage. I do not need help with any in-game aspects.

Due to my limited experience on these forums, I will also say that should someone consider asking me to join them, I can provide references (who are all active shaiya players) who will vouch that I am knowledgeable, helpful and player-oriented. I hope to hear from someone soon.
