How to correctly add a different server to the login list?

Hi , everybody~

Could anyone talk about how to add a different server to the server-selecting list ?

I mean , players could select different game server to enter after they have inputed their account name and password . Just like the official Shaiya Servers.

The first step that I knew is to edit "PSM_Client\Bin\Config\ps_session.ini" file to add an item to [GAMESERVERS] , just like this:

[GAMESERVERS]
GameServerCount=2
Game01=MyServer1
Game02=MyServer2 (I added this)

But the status of the MyServer2 is "Closed" in the login list.
But I am sure I could use "game.exe start game MyServerIP" to enter this MyServer2.

How could I exactly solve this?

I tried the method in the topic and I still don't work it out It also metioned and used PSMServer_Mgr.exe's config file.

But the difference is that ps_gamewar is not available on my server, and I don't think this is related to the ps_gamewar....

you need to add a gamegroup there i think

you need to add a 2nd gameegroup and login go to server setup>add game and then add login that way youu can have two servers on your server list and havethem both working. But remember the drops/mobs/items will all be the same the only thing really that you could edit is the exp rate i.e: a HR server and a LR server

well, i think the problem with the items etc can be fixed by adding different named Databases to SQL and changing the names of these databases at gamegroup2 to those which are newly added. if you change the 2nd servers DBs then, only the 2nd server is affected.

This is acually true you could add a second login for SQL ie Username Shaiya 2 and same password then add then change the DB names in SQL and SPC...way to think on your toes Dot kudos to you

hmm... but the only problem then would be the .SDatas, you would still need 2 clients, 1 for each server, if the databases are different. then you would only be able to connect srvr1 with the one client, and srvr2 the other client... but it would save space, since they are on the same server^^

it would also be impossible to make an ep4 and an ep5 on that way, since the server files are always the same

for all setup I know, and most of those I can think of, only the lapis bank (items type 30) is a bit short. for all other items types there are plenty of room to store two different data sets ... assuming for some banks that you replace useless items.

as a single example, a Blue Metal Armor (item 67-37 to 42) is defined with 6 variants (one per stats in Str, Dex, Rec, Int, Wis, Luc) and of course only 2 (or 3) deserve to exist. in short 50% or 66% of the items can be deleted for the benefit of the game, this makes room for 2 valuable sets definitively.

i mean to show 2 servers in game.exe but servers to be on other pc-s
