Account still restricted

Ok i have made four accounts to try and solve this problem and for all of them the settings in Users Master are as follows. Admin = True, UseQueue = False, Status = 16, Leave = 0, UserType = A. I have tried setting the leave to 0 and it ends up saying account doesn't exist. I also tried setting the status to 0 and it works but i'm meant to be an admin with full capabilities. Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance

Ariez i did that but it's still not working i found out that when i change the status it gives me account still restricted so what should i do? please help
