New Shaiya Private server on the Making

Hello Everyone. Im a Old shaiya OS player and I never Found the Game for me So Im working now on one that will suit many people I Know.
I would Love some New Ideas for Changes.
This Server Does not based on Donators. Donators will Achieve benefits but wont be OP over freebies.

UM Mode:11 Stats.
Exp Rate: x150 + Exp stone/BDC.
Full EP5 Gear/Skills.
Max Gear: 70 Sets.
Max Lapises: 6s/Debuffs 7s/Ele1/Flash2/Sonic2
Enchant rate:100% Till [10] Gets harder from there.
Only Sprint Noss.
Due to Too many MMs On other Server, Ill Make events But I want People to PVP bosses So i wont do it as often as other new servers.

Im working On drops ATM I Would love advices and Ideas.

Rec Runes, stat reset, skill reset etc Sold in NPC at bootleg.
Def/Power Drop in DD1,DD2.
OPs Drop from Bosses, GRB and 1-15 PVP zone (Very Low Rate Tho)/Item mall.
Lucky Charm Drop in Sky City/Item Mall.
Sonic Necklace/Flash Ring Drop in OI.
Enchants 65+ Sold in NPC.
Enchants 70 Drop in PVP Zones.
Debuffs Drop in Bosses.
6s Drop in Mini Bosses.
Ele1 Drop in Bosses/Fortune Bags (Able to Purchase in Item mall).
Flash2/Sonic2 Drop in OI.
Capes 33-54 Drop in Altars.
Cape lvl 70 Drop in Rats.
Costum Cape in Item mall.
Regnum Accesories Drop in Game.
Fc lv1 from AR/CR - 2mil

(Thinking of working on Costumized Accesory Lapises What u think?)

Rare Drops: Bunny Ears (20-30 PVP zone), Costum Made armor Just to look Cool =D(Drop in 1-70 PVP Zones).

1-15 - Max Worship. Heroic Gaunts. (Bunny Ears Available). No Absorption Lapis.
20-30 - Max Legendary. Dread Helmet. No Absorption Lapis.

Site on the Making too.
This Server is Prolly English Server. No Other languages on Trade. But everyone is Welcome to join Once I Open it up.
Any Ideas for improvements are very welcome =D thanks in Advance.

I have a few suggestions for you.
I would first say don't drop LCs from OI.
As a player I would hate farming OI for an LC.
As don't drop capes from bosses. I would hate to take 5+ minutes killing something and get a cape...
Don't sell anything in the item mall that can set a donator apart from players easily(lapis, armor, capes that are different from whats in game, etc)
Remove OPs from GRB and bosses. Drop them somewhere else. If you are going to have them in game make sure EVERYONE has a chance at them. Having them from bosses means the top guild(s) will have all the Ops in game aside from donation.
The debuff lapis are up to you but I know a lot of people don't like them.
I personally don't like 11 stats...Ep5 gives enough stats as it is ><
Why boost it even more?
Just my opinion of it all.
Other than what I said above...it looks good so far.

OK stat i think 11 is Good For the simple fact it gives more dmg there for pvp more fun and more kills its a fact most of stat that aint in armors used for Str and INT.
I think of making slightly better capes that look cool for donators.
Debuff I think it makes the urge bigger to pvp on bosses and the action better people try harder to get bosses when debuff drop from my experience.
LC in OI i think ur right but I dont want it to be free on one hand on the other I do not want it to Drop too easly. Maybe ill put LCs in Jungle got any idea?.
OPs I do need after all source of income to keep server up but I will add OPs Drop in Low rate in 1-15 and 20-30 PVP maps cause i think its good idea to make the PVP alive there.
allso u under estimate the power of cape lvl 70 i think its a great item that drop too easly should be worked for not just like that.

When you have ep5 gears the stats on the 70 cape aren't that much.
Also with 11 stat points and ep5 gears together plus 7s..you're talking about over 3k stat points easy..
Honestly that would be an instant turn off to me from a server.
I don't want to come in as a new player and get 2 hit by people. That just ****** me off really bad and makes me want to leave.
There's so much you have to think about in a server if you really want it to last.
Don't try to rush into things. Really think about how to set it up.
We have enough crappy servers already. Only a handful or so of good ones.
Try not to get into the first group if you are going to release it.

Ok I have Changed it to Max lapis 6s since I know 7s hated by many people
But I will keep it 11 stat per level

11 stat points are nice remembering Shaiya Evo still they had as max lapis lvl 6 (and ep4 gear) and it was still ep4 so 11 stat points weren't that bad, (maybe keep max lapis lvl 6-lvl 5 dual and helmet lapis lvl 1/2? that way 11 stat points won't be too tragic). Also I'd suggest to remove FC's, it's not nice having a ruined economy and for newbies that's hell on earth once they see gear for loads of billions on board good idea of FC lvl 1 though in CR/AR for newbies so they don't have to lvl with 0 gold to 70, also lowering to 1mil gold would be better but then not too rare drop (I noticed only fury locations, you seem to be a fury player or it's just my wrong interpretation ). Also agreed OP's keeping on bosses will be restricted to leading guilds only once the server goes on (talking by experience), 1-15 and GRB sounds good though

your server is going to fail you idiot. its not that easy. and all your drop lists and stats suck. but the suggestions here are kind of good , like i said . ep5 server will fail and no one even enjoys. its all about enhancements and money. back in 3-4 it was all about hard work , pvp , rank , skill and team work strategy to take down the other side and it was hella fun. shaiya now is just a big bank of bs which is making money from gamers with no life what so ever. so, all i have to say to is , good luck making the server lol. if you can that is.

and f.y.i no one really had anything to complain about ep3 or 4. maybe some improvements but people actually enjoyed it , whether rich or poor. pro or noob.

Yes I've had much fun back in ep 3/4, ep5 had his thrill but it's nothing compared to the old ep4 fashion (too much easy stuff nowdays) ^.^ btw why so aggressive? If you meant me then I can't see what I said wrong about ep3,4 ^^ I love it and wish more ep4 servers were around D: and ep5 servers are good too, just need to be careful to not go into too much that's all but everyone his own opinion and tastes, I myself like more ep4 servers though

well i don't like episode 5. it seemed like i was aggressive in the comment but i wasn't actually. my point is that many shaiya lovers left shaiya OS because of these kind of issues and it's really upsetting that a great game like shaiya which was once ep3-ep4 is now a terrible place ( to me ) which is run by $ and enchancement items. although i spended $200+ on OS , but to be honest i was very happy with or without the money i spent because it was a great place and PvP was just amazing. second to ******. lol
anyways, you are right extrasene i am still looking for perfect ep4/3 , in the meantime ill be going back to being awesome as always. what up

My question to you warningsss is have you ever done anything with a server before? Have you set one up successfully? Do you know how to run the database? Do you know how to set up drops and all that?
I've seen a lot of "I want to make this type of server and see what people think"
Yet all those posts I've seen...the person hasn't even set up a server..
It's like really? You want to do all this but you have no idea how...
So if you don't know I would suggest taking about a month to learn everything then start working on the server. A lot of people go into making a server with no knowledge on how to keep it up. It's very annoying because the server dies two weeks later.

i'm also a old OS player and i'm stil playing now. Since the ep4 day, when enchantement and orange stats came up shaiya became a buisness and not a game anymore. After enchants came out rich ppl owned if they werent rich they were farming 24/24 7/7 to buy GM enchance from others.
ive been playing since the first beta day and the bigest best funiest pvp ever was in ep3 mostly in karis cuz ligts used to suck ballz back in ep3 lol
look now, ep5, if you don't buy your 65+ set spending 300 bucks or if your not in the top guild farming kanos bosses you just gonna get 1 hit lol
for private server its hard
1) bcuz its not possible to make a ep3 server anymore so u must do a ep4. with or without enchantement, if you don't find the way to depatch it you can limit it to 9 or 10 for exemple or 1 2 3 etc...
2) i don't get why people wanna make custom items.
i mean its Shaiya for one reason, whats the point of looking like a power ranger or having accessori lapis with +30 stats each? go play Aion if you like pink armors and wanna fly.
3) the drops : u gotta make them easy to get if you want a fast pvp server wich means when u log in its not to farm but just for pvp. OP/LC u should make them free from item mall just like rec runes or dropable in d1 for exemple.
same for accessories, why making custom accessories? in ep3 we had best accessory sets lol and in ep4 heroics and then dreads lol.
4) even if its a private server, you need a donation system cuz even if you don't like the point a PS need people to donate if they wanna keep it up, its still a buisness u know.
so make 58 mounts 59 weapons not droping in game but for a dedicated price in item mall
also make the 59 weaps droping from cti just like it is on OS.

Look at shaiya Unknown it was so far the best ep4 server w.e people say about the staff
im talking about the gameplay. so far it was the best one, maybe u can ask the dev of it the DB they used so you have an idea abt the drops rates.

also if you do a ep4 i suggest you to dont change seraphim drops and make debuf lapis non dropable from others thingies like boxes.
