funny bugg

anyone try to use the lvl 15 dagger Speedys Embrace with 3 slots before?

i implementet it with dark purple clolor. now if a orc use it they get invisible. only the name and guild showing. anyone seen this before?

and how can i undo so we can see the player?

its not a bug! its missing texture file ...lol

change in item sdata the model to a valid model so you have a dagger with textur!
use the texture´s from US schaiya client so you will solve it .......sry but this iss real Rofl

thing is this.. i only get i invisible when i move forward. never when i walk or move backwords and stand i can see my self. but when i run i get invisible.

still a texture file error? and plese where do i find that one?

first "Speedys Embrace" is NOT an AG name, so basically nobody knows what you are talking about.

if it's a tailored name for an AG-defined weapon, you must indicate its Type/TypeID.
if it's a fully new weapon (potentially made by you) ... why are you asking us if we yet use it ?

next, the number of slots does not change anything on the weapon appearance (if some weapons show a blow it's due to the specific chosen model, not the number of slots).

finally, your 1st question wasn't clear regarding what is not drawn (could be the weapon or the toon, or the full game or anything up to the reader to try to guess ... )

if your toon is no longer drawn after a run it's because of a corruption of its spatial information - the point is that weapon does (also) contain coordinates to describe how they are handled by the toon (relative position to the hand, orientation and so on); in your case, a reasonable assertion is that the vertices data for the weapon (its 3DO file) is buggy enough to corrupt the full draw of the weapon and the toon handling it.

try to change the model with a working one, observe changes, then change the 3DO file, observe, finally fix the model or replace the 3DO as required.

only darkies when they use that weapon. (normal ep5 weapon)

1004 in my files. might be a made weapon from the client i used at the fist here.


didn't think about that one. sorry..

it's only when you run. not after, only when you run forward..

and only dakies.. (can be used by both)

this weapon i know. well i know the one who was working with all of them items there should also be a Ishtars pride. well that was (IS) Universal Shaiya's old item sdata. well i think Ishtar would be happy to know that some one out there is still using all of that. and he was tring to figure out how to make a dagger and shield work for magic users.



that is what he bacily did took a sword and made it in to a magic user sword to where the magic users could have a little more stats. a little bit more gear. but there are a lot of other custom items in there as well. some legendary justa gears and many other things. but there are still some bugs in there that you will have to fix that he was working on that he never had time to finish it all.

a shield equipable for priest/mage it's quite easy.
for the dagger, i have big doubt, the weapon does not defines by themselves if they are right handed (main weapon), left handed (shield) or dual hands (and weapons).
so static (and stupid) tests are very likely done in ps_game to forbid to equip a shield and anything different than a 1-hand sword / axe.

now, making a 1-hand sword with a dagger model and name is cake.

i got ity to work. shield was np. but the dagger made dakies well like abouve here. when they ran forward you could just see there name and Guild nothing else. that was the only prob i hade. everything else worked grteat. but when lighty's have weapon and dakries don't well. i hade to remove it..
