This is what i got so far. apparently the WLD are linked to the textures included in this .rar



Im still workin on getting this to work by testing with my korean client.

Im missing a lil something to get it to work. i'll find anyway

on those maps (apears ta me as the 2 regnum dungions and the last ep5.3 dungion that i forget the name of) my client/svmap do infact concure with eachother i can get into the dungions but beings i am creating the entier svmaps myself i am haveing to imploment each mobs spawn manyaly into the svmap and walk thrue the dungion to locate its exact locations i want spawns at so its takeing more time then expected sence im not totaly fermilyer with the dungion maps and locations of spawns but when i do infact finish i will post the fixed maps wilds and dungions folder that alows the imploment of maps 71 72 73

I have this files too and for Client the 71,72,&73 but still don´t work no mobs, no npc and when i walk a little i respawn ;(

Wenn du läufst und der Server setzt dich zurück bzw. Keine Mobs und NPCs sind da
dann ist i.d.r die svmap Server-Side leer. Versuchs mal Testweise z.b: das 30er pvp zu nehmen (vorher sicherheitskopien anlegen) und 30.svmap in 73.svmap umzubennen und den Server neu zu starten.. dann sollten die gleichen Mobs/NPCs wie im 30er sein..
Rein zum Test.. funktioniert's haste die Antwort .. wenn nein bin ich auch grad ratlos :O
Wenn du shaiya-data-edit hast kannste es ja auch mal öffnen..

Hello Kampf,

I've try to extract info from the .wld posted above but it's still a pain to manage them.

NPC, portals, mobs areas and spawn points are supposed to be defined in svmap - as you already know - do your files contain this info ?
If you wanna send them to me (acc. nestor42) i can double-check with my tools if it helps ...

that is infact a bad svmap or uncreated svmap i should say the spawns are located inside the svmap the npc portel or spawn locations the visyal portel is .wld side the walk if i remember corect its around 6-7 steps then respawn back agaib is caused by map.bin if you use the shay dta editer tool ta turn the svmap into csv format you will notice the map.bin is only 2kb big but all working ones are in the 100-200+ range i forget witch exact map i used ta copy the map.bin from but any should work as its the actyal size of movable range on the map if you use a big file such as map1 2 3 pando something like that you will have more thyen enufe room then u just have to find the exact location of the entrence and edit the map.ini file ta alow the spawn locations when die and so on then extract the svmap 68 and 69 aka both regnums edit the portel into location so it alows porting thrue it and the exact spawn point you wish ta spawn inside. after inside grab a pin and paper and start righting x y z cordanints down as u walk a bit then after youve traveled the hole map start addeing spawns into the svmap with the cordenents you wrote down. exact spawn names or numbers i have noidea what they are as im not fermilyer with that map and ima be createing my own mobs in those maps anyway.

talking about this 3 maps ...can some 1 tell me the map.ini setup for this maps ?cas wen i try to move on 1 of the maps i get the error "Map Load Error".

do you have some (even corrupted or empty) .svmap for these maps or not Kampf ?? (you didn't reply to previous post).

if you haven't them - and if noone wanna share them - we can generate empty map, the sole unknown thing is the size of that map (to generate a big stupid(?) useless(?) array of 00s) but I quite sure that we can overestimate it w/o pb (OOH if it's too small you respawn when you reach the limit ...)

Yes i remember when i tried (for fun) to replace bootleg by worldcup map. Worlcup is bigger than bootleg so i couldnt go everywhere and reached the limit real quick.

Overestimating shouldnt cause any problem in my opinion. that's why i used map 70 svmap and created a map 71/72 off it. However anytime i tried to move to these zones using my korean client i got a map load error. my map.ini was correctly edited though.

There is obviously something more than just a map size problem.

Edit: i'll try to remove all portals/mobs/npcs from the 71/72 svmaps made of map 70 and see what happens.

Re-Edit: After removing the npc, mobs etc etc from the map i managed to no longer have the map load error, however im in a completely black environment, Bad respawn i guess. I'll check it out, got to go for a bit now.

Re-re edit, : i got the dungeon to work i'll post my clean svmap in 1 hour, it could be used as a base.

(Can be used for 71/72/73)

Next step is idendifying all the required files in the korean client to import this data in a US client. We are then ready for a public realease basically with clean ready to be edited svmaps.

you need more than just the svmaps and wld files
you need the texture files from the dungeon sub directory too or else you will get nothing but a black area

at least you would have said: you need new mobs (texture AND vertex), you need some new quests, you need some new challenging top bosses to gain some new amazing weapons level 75+ (my toon lvl 85 is a bit poorly equipped, not yours?)

have you even ever set up a server?
and ummm..you realize that he has the textures in correct?
you dont need mobs, quests, or anything else to make a dungeon work lol
all you need is the texture files, svmaps, and edit the map.ini
mobs are only there to give people something to kill
has NOTHING to do with making them work.
if you ever set it up you would know that.
