Server problems

I have many many big problems :/

Firstly I make Omega's instructions but i saw failed to connect game server error . I disabled my firewall this time I saw account doesn't exist problem :S . Later I restart my computer and now I see only red crosses . I try to start psm agent but nothing changed please help me I really near to lost my mind
