[Help]NPC and MSG server problems

Shell.dat&anything had been checked 25 times.All okay no change.I had searched 100 times in elitepvpers but I didn`t found it.So,I need Someone help to settle this.

Hm try close everything, detele my.ini from C:\Windows, restart pc, run mysqladmin (run as admin), accserver, msgserver, npcserver.

That or repair your db tables (for navicat, select all tables -> right-click -> maintain -> repair -> quick.

Dont remember wich one is fix. Try repair first.
